90 MINUTE SESSION FEE -$350

The non-refundable session fee covers Kate’s time and talent and is required to reserve your session date and time. No digitals or prints are included in this fee.

You will have your choice of packages after your slideshow is delivered. This empowers you to choose the package that suits your family best.

  • I believe whole heartedly in payment plans and encourage you to ask about options when you inquire.

    I want my photo sessions to be accessible to all sorts of families. and I know that I wouldn't of had some experiences with out a payment plan.

  • Our time together is a creative and energetic exchange. I love to ease into the session. Hang out and chat, put you in poses, and lean into where the kids take us. A session with me is like being photographed by a long-time friend.

  • Photo Session Activities

    A session with me is like hanging out with a girlfriend– except one who will take incredible photos of you and show you what a beautiful, magical creature you are.

    I love a beautiful golden hour portrait session, and if that is what makes your heart sing, then I am there for it.

    But, I encourage you to look outside the typical photo session and think of moments that hold significance for your family that we can document together. Whether it is a family tradition, bumming at the beach, sledding in the snow, or some other activity you enjoy, all will tell a rich story.

    Most importantly, I want you to lean into the moment, have fun, and make memories with your people. I will do the rest.

  • Photographing in Michigan.

    The winters here are the pits. So during winter, I will advocate for Indoor Sessions. Indoor Sessions are offered all year round. Outdoors are best for Spring through Fall, although if you and your family want to frolic in the snow, I will put on my big girl boots and get out there with you.

    Indoor: Typically, in the home or studio, unless you have an establishment that resonates with your family. If we choose to shoot in your home, I usually like to shoot late morning because that is often when the natural light is best. Newborns are almost always photographed indoors.

    Outdoor: If it is an outdoor location, it will be up to you and what you feel reflects your family's style. I have a few sites I like to photograph at regularly, but if you have a unique location, please let me know.

  • To best illustrate the vibrant, beautiful life you are building, I blend the curated style of lifestyle photography and documentary photography's genuine candidness, providing you with a mix of posed and candid images.

    • Depending on your choice of package a complimentary print credit.

    • 30-40 images are hand-edited in a mix of color and black and white.

    • An active shareable gallery for a year.

  • Your print credit can be used on prints, framed photos,metal print, and albums.

    It is not applicable to digital files.

  • Each package is available for upgrade.

    I love this way of doing it because you have the option to purchase what fits your family right now, but in the future if you want more it is there for you still.
